How to charge a battery in Photon Cap C20

As you probably know Photon Cap comes standard with a 2000 mha battery that allows the device to run for up to 6 hours. Inside our dust- and shock-resistant case you will also find mains usb charger. Charging the battery is no philosophy - all you have to do is just connecting the USB cable to the amplifier and then connecting the charger to the mains. Remember never to use the device when it is connected to the mains.

How can I check the battery level ?

Just connect the device with your computer and run the CortiView software. When the device is connected you will see the battery level on the lower right corner of the app screen.

How to extend the battery runtime?

If you watched the video, you probably know it. Yes - you can use a power bank as an additional battery. All you have to do is just connecting the powerbank by USB cable with the amplifier. That gives you the possibility to run longer research than just 5 or 6 hours. Remeber to use powerbanks of good quality. If you wish our support team can help you with recommendations.
